Sicker shall continue as such airport manager and be responsible under his present lease contract until the 1st day of May, 1972, at which time, upon the filing by the said Robert E. Sicker of his resignation in writing as airport manager with the Kerrville, Kerr County Joint Airport Board, and the filing of a true copy of the assignment of said lease with the said Kerrville, Kerr County Joint Airport Board, this order and consent shall become effective, and thereafter the said lease contract and all of the obligations thereunder shall be assumed by the said Lloyd D.
