the matter of investing certain fasids c~xrrently cn deposit in the Jury Fund, and it a~~pear-
ing to the Court that the sum of S10,000.U0 out of the Jury Fund should 'oe promptly invest-
ed fora period cf six mortYis pending possible need of these funds for expenditure, it
is ordered or. motion by Commissione~~ Sch'.vethe;;n, seconded by Commissioner 5a1_lee ~~nd un-
animously approved by the Court that the suns of :10,000.00 out of tiie Jury Fund be invested
in an Interest Bearing Certificate of Deposit wits the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which invest-
ment shall be r.;ade as soon as pry aicable ,and thaat auch Certificate of Deposit shall be
for a period of six months from date of investment.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and tl:e Trersurer bP authorised to draw a
,rroper voucher in tra amount or' b10,000.00 on the Jury Fund to effect the aforesaid invest-

On this the 8t?`. day of May 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasur-
er be and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of ~l0,GG0.00 from the General Fund to
the Officers Salary Fund.
