the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit ir, the Jury Fund, and it appear-

ed fora oeri.cd of six montl-is pendir:g possible need of these funds for expenditure, it	
is ordered or. c~otion by Commissioner Sch~:rett:el.m, seconded by Commi ssi.or.er Sallee r:nd un-	
~nimously approved by the Ccart that the sum of '~10,C?00.00 out of the Jury Fund be invested	
in an Interest Bearing Cert_ficate of Deposit with tY:e Chas. Schreiner Bank, which invest-

er be and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of X10,000.00 from the General Fund to	
the Officers Salary Fund.

came on for examir_ation the 'quarterly Report of Plrs. E. T1. PTcDorald, County Treasurer of
said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1972 and ending on the 30th
day of April 1972 and the same having been compared 'and examined by the Court and found
correct.
And i.t appearing tc the Court that during the ;aid time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
