agreement submitted by the Texas Hi_ghwtiy Department for the construction of astockpass on
F. M. Road 480 at Station 246+OC); s,nd it appearing to the Court that Kerr Ccunty, as a
portion of its rigrit-of-way negotiations with the l.sndo~•mers concerned, agreed to provide
for the construction of said stockpass as is set forth in Order No. 11,420 of the minutes
of the Court and that Kerr County is obligated to assume its agreed pro rata share of the
cost to the Texas High'.~ay Department of this structure, it is crdered on motion by Commr s-
stoner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Ccurt that
Kerr County accept the proposed agreement and pay the State of Texas the agreed sum of
y1,740.00 in full settlement of Kerr County's share of the cost of the structure concerned
and that the ^~er,:bers of the Court execute the .aid agreement on behalf of Kerr County and
it is further ordered that the Clerk and the `t`reasurer be authorized to draw a veacher on
the F. Ivi, r+80 RO'rv Fund in the amount of ,~i1,740.00 payable to the Treasurer of the State of
Texas, account of Trust Fund No. y27, said voucher to be in payment of Kerr County's obliga-
tion under the executed agreement.
