Road 4t?0 at Station 24F,+00; and it appearing to the Court that Kerr Ccunty, as a portion of its right-of-way negot:atinns with the lsudovrners corcerre3, agreed to provide for the construction of said stockpass as is set forth in Order No. 11,420 of the minutes of the Court snd that Kerr County is obligated to assume its agreed pro rata share of the cost to the Texas High~.aay Department of this structure, it is ordered on motion by Commis- sioner Sallee, seconded by C nnmissi.oner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Ccurt th>tt Kerr County accept the proposed agreement and pay the State of Texas the agreed sum of x1,740.00 in full settlement of Kerr County's share of the cost of the structure concerned and that the me,:,bers of the 'Court execute the said agreement on behalf of Kerr County and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the 't'reasurer be authorized to draw a veacher on the F.
