Road 4-t?(lrat Staticn 246+U0; and it appearing to the Court thmt Kerr Ccunty, as a portion of its right-of-way negotiations with the lando~mers concerned, agreed to provide fur tl:e cunstructi.on of said stockpass as is set forth in Order No. 11,42^ of the minutes oi' the Court and t'rat Kerr County is obligated to assume its agreed prn rata share of the cost to the Texas High~.vay Department of this structure, it is ordered on motion by Cemrnis- sioner Sallee, seconded by Commmissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County accept the proposed agreement and pay the State of Texas the agreed sum of 51,740.00 in full settlement of Kerr County's share of the cost of the structure concerned and that the members of the Court execute the said agreement on behalf of Kerr County and it is further ordered that the Clerk ar:d the i'reasu.rer be authorised to draw a voaeher on the F.
