i''iIS AGREETIENT, made this 12th day of May, 1972, by and between Kerr County, Texas,
hereinafter called the "County", Party of the First Part, acting by and through i.ts
Com~aissioners' Court and the State of Texas, hereinafter called the "State", F'arty of the
Second Part, acting by and through its State highway Commission.
^/KET?EAS, the County desires the construction of a stock pass at Station 246+OG within
the limits from 1.0 mile South of State Highway TTo. 27 to Farm to Market Road No. 689 at
Camp Verde on Farm to Market Road No. 480 and the State will, among other things, provide
Łor tha construction of this work within these limits and the County will contribute a
fixed amount of One Thousand Seven fiundred Forty and No/1t:0 Dollars (.$1,740.00), in payment
for their portion of this work.
TTO;! T?-IEEEFORE, it is understood that this proposed work will be constructed 'oy the
State and t'rre County will transmit to the State with the return of this agreement, executed
by the County, a warrant made payable to the State Treasurer, Account of Trust Fund TTo.
927 in the amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty and PTo/100 Dollars (x1,740.00).
It is further :znderstood that the State will construct only those items for the County as
requested and .it i.s further understood that the contribution of Ore Thousand Seven Hundred
