M. ROAD 480 AT AN ESTIMATED COST OF $403.92 Un this the 12th day of June 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County pay Lower Colorado River Authority the sum of $403.92 as the estimated cost of relocating lines along F. M. L:. Road 480 and that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the F. MUENKER, COUNTY CLERK, FOR AUTHORITY TO DEPUTIZE DOTINA WITT AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS On this the 12th day of June 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the applica- tion of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, for authority to appoint and deputize Donna Witt as Deputy County Clerk, and it appearing that the application should be approved; there- fore, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Donna Witt as Deputy County Clerk and that her salary be set at $4,200.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualifi- cation, the same being the 13th day of June 1972, payable out of Officers Salary Fund. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11591 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF ELM PASS RANCH N0. 2 On this the 12th day of June 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Elm Pasa Ranch No. 2, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road easements so dedicated for public use and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated. It is further ordered that the action of the Commissioners Court, relative to the roadways shown on the plat, be shown on the face of the plat, before it will be accepted for filing in the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11592 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF LAZY VALLEY COUNTRY, UNIT N0. 1 On this the 12th day of June 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Lazy Valley Country, Unit No. One. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11593 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS OUT OF SPECIAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND On this the 12th day of June, 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the Special Right-of-Way Fund, and it appearing to the Court that the sum of $11,500.00 out of the Special Right- of-Way Fund should be promptly invested fora period of 90 days pending possible need of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of $11,500.00 out of the Special Right-of-Way Fund be invested in an Interest Bearing Certificate of Deposit with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investment shall be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificate of Deposit shall be for a period of 90 days from date of investment. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a proper voucher in the amount of $11,500.00 on the Special Right-of-Way Fund to effect the aforesaid investment with the Chas.
