Copy of agreement to be filed, but not recorded. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11617 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR REPAIRS TO FLAT ROCK DAM iN KERR COUNTY, TEXAS On this the 10th day of July 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to advertise for bids for repairs to the East end of Flat Rock Dam, as per plans, specifica- tions and bidding documents on file in the office of Holmes - Keller Engineers Inc., P. 0. Box 393, Fredericksburg, Texas, 78624. Bids to be received at the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, until 10 o'clock A. M., July 21, 1972 and then publicly opened and read. Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas for two consecutive weeks - July 13 and July 20, 1972. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11618 APPROVAL, OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS On this the 10th day of July 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the various -- claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, Lateral Road 2, 3, and 4, General, Officers Salary, General Road 8c Bridge, County Law Library, Jury and F. M. 480 Right-of-Way Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1503 thru 1506 Voucher Nos. 32387 thru 32523 which were made a part hereof and of this order. Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2684.15. It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11621 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES On this the 10th day of July 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the semi-annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk Trust Fund in the Chas. Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her in her official capacity, to officers and persona entitled thereto, and amounts remaining in her hands for the period from January 1, 1972, leaving a balance of $4,051.14, on deposit in said Trust Fund, for the period ending June 30, 1972. It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
