On this the 10th day of July 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, aecond-
ed by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved an order authorizing the Tax
Assessor-Collector to refund to Mrs. Bertha Faye Sullivan the amount of $17.29, of double
payment of 1971 Ad valorem taxes on parts of Lots 5 and 6, Block 74, Tivy Addition to
Kerrville.

N0. 11625 APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICIALS FOR THE YEAR 1972
On this the 10th day of July 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the appoint-
went of the necessary election officials for the ensuing year, for each of the nineteen
precincts of Kerr County and the absentee box at the Courthouse, as shown on Pages 29 thru
35 inc., Volume 2, Record of Election Judges for Kerr County, Texas.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court, that said officers be appointed for the year 1972 and made a part
hereof .

N0. 11626 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 10th day of July 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the
General Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 11627 APPORTIONMENT OF $8,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND

seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $8,000.00 from the
General Road and Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
