On this the 28th day of July 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Section 3 of
the Virgil Merrell 5th Addition.

On this the 28th day of July 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,

Wagon Wheel Subdivision.

On this the 31st day of July 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Verde Creek Estates No. 2,
subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr
County until residential development shall justify said maintenance.

Un this the 4th day of August 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Sch~yethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Soledad Springs
Estates, subject to the provisions that actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed
by Kerr County, until residential development shall justify said maintenance.
