COUNTY OF KERR ~ BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 14th
day of August 1972 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term
of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

On this the 14th day of August 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, Lateral Road 4,
General, Officers Salary, General Road and Bridge, County Law Library, Flood Control
Maintenance and F. M. 480 R/W Funds, ae shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page
1511 thru 1515
and of this order.
Voucher Nos. 32619 thru 32770 , which were made a part hereof
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11638 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 14th day of August 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of July of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion oz Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted
and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

ACCOUNT WITH BOARD OF COUNTY AND DISTRICT ROAD INDEBTEDNESS
On this the 14th day of August 1972, it coming to the attention of the Court that
there will be surplus funds in the amount of $19,945.67 credited to the lateral road account
