the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, Lateral Road 4,
General, Officers Salary, General Road and Bridge, County Law Library, Flood Control
Maintenance and F. M. 480 R/W Funds, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page
1511 thru 1515 , Voucher Nos. 32619 thru 32770 , which were made a part hereof
and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11638 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 14th day of August 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the various
reports of July of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and the same
having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true and correct
and should be approved; therefore, upon motion oi' Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commis-
sioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be accepted

N0. 11639 ORDER AUTHORIZING APPLICATION FOR KERR COUN'1'Y LATERAL ROAD SURPLUS FUNDS IN
ACCOUNT WITH BOARD OF COUNTY AND DISTRICT ROAD INDEBTEDNESS
On this the 14th day of August 1972, it coming to the attention of the Court that
there will be surplus funds in the amount of $19,945.67 credited to the lateral road account

of Kerr County by the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness of the State of
Texas and it appearing to the Court that funds should properly be expended for the purpose
of construction and improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved
by the Court that Kerr County request the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness
to forward the said Funds to the Treasurer of Kerr County upon their becoming available;
and it is further ordered that all such funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and
designated to be used by Kerr County for the purpose of construction and improvement of
Kerr County Lateral Roads, and the Treasurer of Kerr County be directed to deposit szch
funds upon their receipt in the proper fund in the County Depository and it is further
ordered that the County Clerk prepare a certified copy of this order and forward the same
to the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness, 217 Highway Building, Austin, Texas.

ed as Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 17, in place of Evelyn Wilke,
due to her inability to serve.

N0. 11643 ORDER DISAPPROVING PORTIONS OF POSSUM KINGDOM, PERMIAN BASIN, EDWARDS PLATEAU
AND TRINITY-BRAZOS HUNTING, FISHING AND TRAPPING PROCLAMATION N0. N-3, 1972-73
On this the 14th day of August 1972, came on to be heard by the Commissioners Court
of Kerr County, sitting at its regular August 1972 Term and at its first regular meeting
occurring more than 5 days subsequent to the 7th day of July, 1972, the matter of approval
and/or disapproval of the provisions of the Possum Kingdom, Permian Basin, Edwards Plateau,
and Trinity-Brazos Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No. N-3, 1972-73 as adopted
by the Parks and Wildlife Commission of the State of Texas on July 7, 1972; and
After due consideration by the Court, it is ordered that those portions of said
proclamation not hereinafter disapproved by specific reference or by indirect reference
.._., are deemed to be approved and that the following portions, provisions and sections of
said Proclamation No. N-3 are hereby disapproved:
