of Kerr County by the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness of the State of
Texas and it appearing to the Court that funds should properly be expended for the purpose
of construction and improvement of lateral roads within Kerr County, it is ordered on
motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved
by the Court that Kerr County request the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness
to forward the said funds to the Treasurer of Kerr County upon their becoming available;
and it is further ordered that all such funds are here and now earmarked, set aside and
designated to be used by Kerr County for the purpose of construction and improvement of
Kerr County Lateral Roads, and the Treasurer of Kerr County be directed to deposit szch
funds upon their receipt in the proper fund in the County Depository and it is further
ordered that the County Clerk prepare a certified copy of this order and forward the same
to the Board of County and District Road Indebtedness, 217 Highway Building, Austin, Texas.

N0. 11643 ORDER DISAPPROVING PORTIONS OF POSSUM KINGDOM, PERMIAN BASIN, EDWARDS PLATEAU
AND TRINITY-BRAZOS HUNTING, FISHING AND TRAPPING PROCLAMATION N0. N-3, 1972-73
On this the 14th day of August 1972, came on to be heard by the Commissioners Court
of Kerr County, sitting at its regular August 1972 Term and at its first regular meeting
occurring more than 5 days subsequent to the 7th day of July, 1972, the matter of approval
and/or disapproval of the provisions of the Possum Kingdom, Permian Basin, Edwards Plateau,
and Trinity-Brazos Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No. N-3, 1972-73 as adopted
by the Parks and Wildlife Commission of the State of Texas on July 7, 1972; and
After due consideration by the Court, it is ordered that those portions of said
proclamation not hereinafter disapproved by specific reference or by indirect reference
are deemed to be approved and that the following portions, provisions and sections of
said Proclamation No. N-3 are hereby disapproved:
I. Part 3, Sections 3.01 and 3.03
Part 4, Seetion 4.04, Sub-paragraph (3) which seeks to establish exceptions to sub-
paragraph (b) of Section 4.04 and also that unnumbered subsection of Section 4

captioned "Open Season" which is disapproved in its entirety.
In disapproving the foregoing, it is the express intention of the Court to dis-
approve all portions of the aforesaid Proclamation No. N-3 which would establish what is
commonly known as the "Either Sex" Deer Season in Kerr County, whether herein specifically
enumerated in this order or not; and it is further the intention of the Court that as a -2-
result of its action of disapproval of the "Either Sex" Deer Season for Kerr County,
the taking of antlerless and/or doe deer shall be governed by permits in the same manner
as provided by the Possum Kingdom, Permian Basin, Edwards Plateau and Trinity-Brazos
Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No. N-2, 1971-72 as amended September 1971,
the aforesaid regulations to be invoked pursuant to the provisions of House Bill No. 372,
Chapter 329, Acts of the 62nd Legislative Regular Session.
II. Part 7, Section 7.02, Sub-paragraph (b), it being the further expressed intention
of the Court that the bag limit and minimum length for catfish shall, pursuant to
the provisions of House Bill No. 372, Chapter 329, Acts of the 62nd Legislature,
be continued to be governed by the applicable provisions of the aforesaid Proclama-
tion N-2, 1971-72.
On motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the foregoing

On this the 14th day of August 1972, upon motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and 't'reasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $160.00 per month, out of the General Fund,
effective as of August 1, 1972, payable to B. D. Drury for storage space, said voucher to
be written concurrently with the regular payroll on the 26th day of each month.
