and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11648 ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1973
On this the 16th day of August 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the public
hearing in the matter of the adoption of the County Budget for the year 1973. It appear-
ing to the Court that proper notices have been published in the official newspaper of Kerr
County in the City of Kerrville, Texas for one week prior to the hearing date hereof, and
after thorough examination by the Court and the consideration of the public interest of
the Community, the Court is of the opinion that the proposed budget should be approved.
`Pherefore, on motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee,
the Court unanimously approved the adoption of the County Budget for 1973.

N0. 11649 TAX LEVY FOR 1972
On this the 16th day of August 1972, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court,
with all officers present, it is ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the following tax
levies and collections be made for the year 1972, in and for Kerr County, Texas, and/or
other subdivisions thereof, as follows:

Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously
approved by the Court that the 1972 Tax Levy be accepted.

N0. 11650 ORDER GRANTING COUNTY CLERK AUTO ALLOWANCE, EFFECTIVE AUGUST 1, 1972
On this the 16th day of August 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk of Kerr County,
Y'exas, be granted auto allowance, effective August 1, 1972, in the amount of $50.00 per
month, payable out of Officers Salary Fund, pursuant to Senate Bill No. 694, Chapter 530,
Acts of the 62nd Legislature.
