N0. 11651 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY ^1REASURER
On this the 16th day of August 1972, in Regular Monthly Session of the Commissioners'
Court, came on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer
of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of May 1972 and ending on the 31st
day of July 1972 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the 't'reasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same is hereby
approved and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11652 APPRUVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STATEMENT OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
On this the 16th day of August 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness
and expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the Quarter beginning May 1, 1972 and
ending July 31, 1972 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found
correct.
Upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the
Court unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future
reference and subject to audit.

On this the 25th day of August 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Loyal Valley No. 2.
