COUNTY OF KERR ~ BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 11th
day of September 1972 at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

Adolph	Bartel	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	3

and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11654 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 11th day of September 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the respective Commissioners Precincts since
the last term of Court, which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Clerk
and Treasurer, in amounts and out of Road and Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, General, Ufficers
Salary, County Law Library, Jury, General Road and Bridge and Flood Control Maintenance
Fund a, as shown in the Minutes of Accounts Allowed from page 1519 thru 1522 , Voucher
Nos. 32863 thru 33007 , which were made a part hereof and of this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 11655 MONTHLY REPORTS OF COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICERS OF KERR COUNTY APPROVED
On this the 11th day of September 1972, came on to be examined by the Court the
various reports of August of the County and Precinct Officers of Kerr County, Texas, and
the same having been heard and considered by the Court, finds that said reports are true
and correct and should be approved; therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the submitted reports be
accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 11th day of September 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone,
seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that upon receipt of
$19,945.67 into the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, the County Clerk and County Treasurer
are hereby directed to make the following transfers:
