N-3, 1972-73 AS AMENDED AUGUST 1972 On this the 11th day of September 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Amendment to Possum Kingdom, Permian Basin, Edwards Plateau & Trinity Brazos Hunting, Fishing and Trapping Proclamation No. N-3, 1972-73 as amended August 1972, and that the same be filed, but not recorded. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NU. 11660 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVES'PMENT OF COUNTY PERMANENT SCHOOL FUNDS On this the 11th day of September 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain funds now on deposit in the account of the Kerr County Permanent School Fund; And it appearing to the Court the present balance of funds in the amount of $4,745.95 should be invested as required by law and that substantially all of the amount presently available could be invested advantageously in Fort Worth Water and Sewer Revenue bonds, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unani- mously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be authorized to invest such
