be authorized to draw a voucher, payable to Whelan Construction Company in the amount of
$4,315.66, payable out of Flood Control Maintenance Fund for payment of monthly estimate
No. 1 on Flat rock Dam Repairs.

Kingdom, Permian Basin, Edwards Plateau & Trinity Brazos Hunting, Fishing and Trapping
Proclamation No. N-3, 1972-73 as amended August 1972, and that the same be filed, but not
recorded.

On this the 11th day of September 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of investing certain funds now on deposit in the account of the Kerr
County Permanent School Fund;
And it appearing to the Court the present balance of funds in the amount of $4,745.95
should be invested as required by law and that substantially all of the amount presently
available could be invested advantageously in Fort Worth Water and Sewer Revenue bonds,
