N0. 11665 ORDER CLOSING A PORTION OF FOWLER STREET IN COLVIN'S ADDITION IN THE TOWN OF INGRAM, TEXAS On this the 11th day of September, 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of closing and abandoning an unused portion of Fowler Street as designated on the Plat of Colvin's Addition to the town of Ingram, `Texas, which plat is of record in Volume 34, Page 272 of the Kerr County Deed Records; and it appearing to the Court that the portion of the 30 foot wide street designated as Fowler Street on the aforesaid Plat of Colvin's Addition lying to the west of McNeil Street has never in fact been used as a public roadway and that no possibility exists for the extension of thisstreet to connect with any other street in the Town of Ingram and that it is not required for access to any adjacent tract of land; It is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that that portion of Fowler Street as designated on the Plat of Colvin's Addition to the Town of Ingram, Texas, which lies to the west of the west line of McNeil Street and between Lot No. 5 of Block No. 3 and Lot No. 1 of Block No. 4 of the said Colvin's Addition be declared to be closed and abandoned as a public street ..,r from the west line of McNeil Street westward to the west line of the said Colvin's Addition with legal title to the aforesaid closed and abandoned street vesting equally in the owners of the fee title to Lot No. 5 of Block No. 3 and Lot No. 1 of Block No. 4 of the said Colvin's Addition. And it is further ordered that a certified copy of this order be recorded in the Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11666 ORDER AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT OF SURPLUS FUNDS OUT OF HIGHWAY 16 RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND On this the 11th day of September 1972, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the Highway 16 Right- of-Way Fund, and it appearing to the Court that the sum of $20,000.00 out of the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund should be promptly invested for a period of 90 days pending possible need of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second- ed by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of $20,000.00 v out of the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund be invested in an Interest Bearing Certificate of Deposit with the Chas. Schresa~r Bank, which investment shall be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificate of Deposit shall be for a period of 90 days from date of invest- went. And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a iy proper voucher in the amount of $20,000.00 on the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund to effect the aforesaid investment with the Chas.
