ing to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the
parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1972 and held on
deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $4985.24.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received
and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $3437.00.
It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved;
therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk.

On this the 10th day of October 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Jack Colbath,
Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective October 4, 1972
and that he be granted one week's leave with pay.

BOBBIE LEERY AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 10th day of October 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the
application of Juanita Reeves, Tax Assessor-Collector, for authority to appoint and deputize
Bobbie Leedy as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector and it appearing to the Court that said
application should be approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authoriz-
ed to deputize Bobbie Leedy as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector and that her salary be set at
$4365.00 per annum, effective the date of her qualification, the same being the 10th day of
October 1972, payable out of Officers Salary Fund.

CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
On this the 10th day of October 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the claim
of Whelan Construction Company for repairs to Flat rock Dam, Cost Estimate No. 2 and upon
motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously

approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher, payable to Whelan
Construction Company, in the amount of $3863.13, payable out of the Flood Control Mainten-
ance Fund, for payment of Cost Estimate No. 2, Sept. 1, 1972 to October 1, 1972, on Flatrock
Dam repairs.

and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher, made payable to C. R. Law Tax Records,
Inc., in the amount of $1545.90, payable out of the General Fund, for compiling fee for 1939
thru 1971 Delinquent Tax Record.

N0. 11688 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF HILL RIVER COUNTRY ESTATES, SECTION ONE
On this the 10th day of October 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Hill River Country
Estates, Section One, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways
the road easements dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume
responsibility for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways dedicated.
It is further ordered that the action of the Commissioners' Court, relative to the
roadways shown on the plat, be shown on the face of the plat, before it will be accepted for
filing in the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas.

N0. 11689 KIWANIS CLUB GRANTED USE OF AGRICULTURAL EXHIBITION BUILDING ON MARCH 21, 1973
On this the 10th day of October 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Kiwanis Club be granted
authority to use the Agricultural Exhibition Building on March 21, 1973, for the performance
of Carson and Barnes Circus, at no charge. Clean-up to be made by the Circus.
