On this the 10th day of October 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, second-

Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to transfer the sum of $15,000.00 from the General
Fund to the Officers Salary Fund.

N0. 11688 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF HILL RIVER COUNTRY ESTATES, SECTION ONE
On this the 10th day of Uctober 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Hill River Country
Estates, Section One, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways
the road easements dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume
responsibility for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways dedicated.
It is further ordered that the action of the Commissioners' Court, relative to the
roadways shown on the plat, be shown on the face of the plat, before it will be accepted for
filing in the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas.

NO. 11689 KIWANIS CLUB GRANTED USE OF AGRICULTURAL EXHIBITION BUILDING ON MARCH 21, 1973
On this the 10th day of October 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Kiwanis Club be granted
authority to use the Agricultural Exhibition Building on March 21, 1973, for the performance
of Carson and Barnes Cireus, at no charge. Clean-up to be made by the Circus.
