On this the 26th day of October 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the claim of Roland Davis
in the amount of $500.00, for fencing contract on Bear Creek Road and the Clerk and
Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher out of the General Road and Bridge Fund,
in the amount of $500.00, payable to Roland Davis.

N0. 11696 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF LEON F. PIAPLES, SHERIFF, TO DEPUTIZE DENNIS RAY
BUCKNER AS DEPUTY SHERIFF
On this the 30th day of October 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the
application of Leon F. Maples, Sheriff, for authority to appoint and deputize Dennis Ray
Buckner as Deputy Sheriff and it appearing to the Court that said application should be
approved; therefore, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner
Stone, the Court unanimously approved that said officer be authorized to deputize Dennis
Ray Buckner as Deputy Sheriff and that his salary be set at $6,270.00 per annum, effective
November 1, 1972, the effective date of his qualification.

N0. 11697 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF A RESUBDIVISION OF TRACTS 18 & 19, KERRVILLE RANCHETTES,
KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 30th day of October 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of a Resubdivision
of Tracts 18 & 19, Kerrville Ranchettes, Kerr County, Texas, subject to the provisions that
actual maintenance of roadways will not be assumed by Kerr County, until residential develop-
