On this the 2nd day oŁ November 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that J. 0. Younts be appoint-
ed Alternate Presiding Judge of Election Precinct No. 19, to replace Lloyd H. Luna, due to
his resignation.

the following officers present:

Roger Stone Commissioner Precinct No. 4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11699 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF CARDINAL ACRES, SECTION ONE
On this the 3rd day of November 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Cardinal Acres, Section
One, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road ease-
menu dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility
for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways dedicated.
It is further ordered that the action of the Commissioners' Court, relative to the
roadways shown on the plat, be shown on the face of the plat, before it will be accepted
for filing in the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas.
