On this the 10th day of November 1972, came on to be considered by the Court the
returns to be canvassed, to determine the results oŁ the General Election held on November
7, 1972.
And the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the Nineteen Election
Precincts and the Absentee Canvassing Board Box, are of the opinion that said returns,
after having been opened and canvassed, are true and correct and should be approved.
Therefore, on motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee
and unanimously approved by the Court, that the returns as canvassed and tabulated in
Volume 6, Pages 1 through 14, Record of Election Returns of Kerr County, Texas, and as
certified thereto by each member of the Court, are in all respects approved.

On this the 10th day of November 1972, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the payment of claims of Election
Officials as per claims on file at `2.00 per hour and the Presiding Judges X5.00 for

bringing in returns of Election, including the Absentee Box and payment to various places
