Re: Widening of Bear Creek Hoad Agreement

This will confirm our agreement with you and the County
of Kerr Commissioner's Court with regard to the widen-
ing of the Bear Creek Road where it is adjacent to our
property.
This will confirm that we have agreed and do hereby a-
gree that the County of Kerr can widen the Bear Creek
Road on the West and Northwest side of said road where
it is adjacent to our property by setting back the exist-
ing fence line 10 feet and we hereby grant the County
permission and do hereby consent that the County may use
that portion of the road including the 10 feet set back
herein provided for for road purposes for the general
public provided the County does as follows. By your ac-
ceptance and signature at the bottom hereof, you agree,
on behalf of the County of Kerr, that you will, after
moving our fence back 10 feet along the 1.4 miles of our
property on Bear Creek, will build us a new fence with
cedar posts of good quality and with new 40 inch net
wire with one slick wire on top.
