THE COUNTY OF KERB § KNOW ALL N'.EN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of May, A. D. 1958, a certain lease
agreement was entered into between the City of Kerrville, Texas, a
municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Texas, and
Kerr County, Texas, a governmental subdivision of the State of
Texas, as lessors and joint owners of the therein described
property, and Robert E. Sieker of Kerr County, Texas, doing
business as Kerrville Flying Service, as lessee, which said
lease is of record in Volume L, page 168, of the Minutes of
the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, on the 29th day of January, 1965, a certain exten-
sion of lease agreement was entered into between the City of
Kerrville, Texas, a municipal corporation under the laws of the
State of Texas, and Kerr County, Texas, a governmental subdivision
of the State of Texas, as lessors and joint owners of the therein
described property, and Robert E. Sieker of Kerr County, Texas,
doing business as Kerrville Flying Service, as lessee, which said
lease is of record in Volume M, page 226, of the Minutes of the
Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, on the 3 day of J ua/t 1970, an agreement
extending said lease was entered into between Kerrville, Kerr
County Joint Airport Board, as Lessor and as the duly authorized
managing authority and agent for the said City of Kerrville, Texas,
and Kerr County, Texas, extending said original lease agreement
until June 1, 1990, which said extension of lease agreement is
of record in Volume /H.~ at page ~"sa
WHEREAS, under the terms of said lease contract and its
extensions, Robert E. Sieker was appointed as airport manager
of Louis Schreiner Field, Kerrville Municipal Airport, and is
presently acting in such capacity; and,
WHEREAS, the said Robert E. Sieker desires to assign all of
his right, title and interest in and to said lease and all ex-
tensions thereto to Lloyd D. Brinkman, also of Kerr County, Texas; and,
WHEREAS, the said Lloyd D. Brinkman desires to accept the
assignment of said lease upon the condition that Kerr County, Texas,
the City of Kerrville, Texas, and Kerrville, Kerr County Joint
Airport Board agree to such assignment, and further agree to the
appointment of the said Lloyd D. Brinkman as airport manager of
Louis Schreiner Field, Kerrville Municipal Airport; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Kerrville, Texas, a municipal corporation,
Kerr County, Texas, a governmental subdivision of the State of
Texas, and the Kerrville, Kerr County Joint Airport Board, a
governmental authority established and created by the Legislature
of the State of Texas, each acting by and through their respective
governing bodies, and have considered the question of the assign-
went of said lease by the said Robert E. Sieker to the said
Lloyd D. Brinkman, and have further considered the matter of the
appointment of the said Lloyd D. Brinkman as the airport manager
of the Louis Schreiner Field, Kerrville Municipal Airport, and
each of said governmental agencies being fully informed in connec-
tion with the matter, is of the opinion that such assignment of
said lease contract and agreement, as well as all extensions and
amendments thereto, and the appointment of the said Lloyd D.
Brinkman as the airport manager, as aforesaid, is in the public
interest and will result in the continuation of a proper manageE
went of said airport and benefit to the public. It is therefore
agreed, and each of the governmental authorities hereinabove named,
do hereby now consent to the assignment of said lease contracts

and all extensions and amendments thereto by the said Robert E.
Sieker to the said Lloyd D. Brinkman, and do also hereby consent
and agree, and do hereby appoint and constitute the said Lloyd D.
Brinkman as the airport manager of Louis Schreiner Field, Kerrville
Municipal Airport.
Said assignment of said lease, and said appointment of
the said Lloyd D. Brinkman is to be effective on the 1st day
of May, 1972, and it is understood that the said Robert E.
Sieker shall continue as such airport manager and be responsible
under his present lease contract until the 1st ;,zy of May, 1972,
at which time, upon the filing by the said Robert E. Sieker of
his resignation in writing as airport manager with the Kerrville,
Kerr County Joint Airport Board, and the filing of a true copy
of the assignment of said lease with the said Kerrville, Kerr
County Joint Airport Board, this order and consent shall become
effective, and thereafter the said lease contract and all of the
obligations thereunder shall be assumed by the said Lloyd D.
Brinkman along with the assumption of the authority and duties by
the said Lloyd D. Brinkman as airport manager of the Louis
Schreiner Field, Kerrville Municipal Airport.
