Offer to Virgil Keith and Wife, Frances Keith, for Right-
of-Way for State Highway 16
On this the 11th day of December, 1972, came on to be heard and
considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land from Virgil Keith
and wife, Frances Keith, required for right-of-way for the reconstruction of a
portion of State Highway 16; and it appearing the Court that the landowners con-

Way Deed, which approval shall be conditioned upon final title approval and ,pay-
ment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against
the property conveyed; and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer
be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund in the
amount of $25. 00 payable to Virgil Keith and wife, Frances Keith, which voucher
shall be delivered to them upon final approval for filing and recordation by the
Texas Highway Department of their Right-of-Way Deed.
