On this the 8th day oYJanuaxy 1973, came on to be oonsidered by the Court the sealod
bids for two 1973 Model Pour door sedans for the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, as per
spec ifioations on file in the County Gle rk~s Offioe,
Upon opening and reading the bids filed with the County Clerk of the Gour t, it is found
that the bid of Tom Benson Compazq, Ian., formerly Paterson Auto Company, in the amount of
~2, 920.00 for each unit, which Ss the total difference to be paid by the Sheriff's Department
between the new units and the trade-in of the two 1970 Chevrolets, be accepted as the lowest
and best bid, as Follows:
