On this the 8th day ofJanuaxy 1973, oame on to be oonsidered by the Court the sealed
bide for two 1973 Model four door sedans for the Kerr County Sher lff's Department, as per
specifiastions on file in the County Clerk's Offlae.
Upon opening and reading the bids Tiled with the County Clerk of the Court, it is found
that the bid of Tom Benson Compa[ry, Ina., formerly Peterson Auto Company, in the amount of
~2, 920.00 for each unit, which Sa the total difference to be paid by the Sher Sff's Department
between the new unite and the trade-in of the two 1970 Chevrolets, be aocepted as the lowest
and best bid,. as follows:
