Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of December 1972 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $9392.20. Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $2877.50. It appearing to the Court that said reports are in due form and should be approved; therefore, on motion of Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved said reports as submitted, to be filed with the County Clerk. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11754 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES On this the 8th day of January 1973, came on to be examined by the Court the semi- annual report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Schreiner Bank, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits her official capacity, to officers and persons entitled there from July 1, 1972 and her hands for the period/ending December 31, 1972 and held on Trust Fund in the amount of $9392.20. Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11755 ORDER SETTING COUNTY AND PRECINCT OFFICIALS ON SALARY BASIS On this the 8th day of January 1973, at a Regular Term of the Commissioners' Court, with a quorum being present, there came on for consideration the matter of compensation of various County and Precinct Officials of Kerr County, Texas, for the year 1973, as provided for in Article 3912e, Section 2, R.C.S. of Texas and Article 3912e, Section 6, R.C.S. of Texas. And it appearing to the Court that Kerr County has a population of less than 20,000 inhabitants, according to the last Federal Census and that the interests of the County would be best served if the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1973. Upon motion duly made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, it is ordered that the County Officials and Precinct Officials of Kerr County be paid on a salary basis as provided by law, for the year 1973, and for subsequent years, until further ordered. It is further ordered by the Court that the Clerk of the Court prepare a certified copy of this order and send same to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Austin, Texas. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o
