N0. 11763 ORDER APPOINTING DR. THEODORE R. BOY CE, COUNTY HEALTH OFFICER
^ On this the 8th day of January 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Dr. Theodore R. Boyce
be appointed County Health Officer for a two year term, effective January 1, 1973.

N0. 11764 ORDER DIRECTING PAYMENT OF CERTAIN SALARIES AND ALLOWANCE OF CERTAIN COUNTY
EMPLOYEES FROM REVENUE SHARING TRUST FUND
On this the 8th day of January, 1973 came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of designating certain officials, deputies and employees of Kerr County whose
salaries, allowances and designated departmental operational expenses shall be paid out of
the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund;
And it appearing to the Court that pursuant to statutory guidelines Federal Revenue
Sharing Funds may be lawfully expended by Kerr County for certain governmental functions
which include Public Safety, Health, and financial administration, it is ordered on motion
by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the
Court that the Clerk and the Treasurer be directed to make payment of the following salaries,
allowances and departmental operational expenses from the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund which
has heretofore been established as a separate account by the County Treasurer and that
such payments shall commence with all claims and allowances of the categories hereafter
enumerated which shall be authorized or approved by the Court commencing January 1, 1973,
and until further ordered by the Court:
Payments to be made from Revenue Sharing Trust Fund
1. County Sheriff's salary
2. Salaries and automobile allowances of all Deputy Sheriffs, including watchmen
3. Expenses of operating, maintaining and repairing county owned automobiles used by the
Sheriff's Department.
4. Salary of County Tax Assessor (excluding compensation allowed for administration of
Certificates of title act)
^ 5. Travel allowance for the County Tax-Assessor-Collector, together with mileage paid to
her or deputies for in county travel for assessing, etc.
6. Salaries of Deputies of County Tax Assessor who are paid a fixed annual salary
7. Salary of the County Treasurer
8. Salary and travel allowance of County Health Nurse
9. County's one-half of City-County Sanitarian's salary
10. County Health officer's salary

N0. 11765 SALARIES OF ELECTED COUNTY OFFICIALS, PRECINCT OFFICIALS AND ALLOWANCES ADOPTED
FOR 1973
On this the 8th day of January 1973, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of setting the salaries and allowances of elected County and Precinct Officials of Kerr
County, Texas, and it appearing that the method of compensation has been duly set by the
Court according to law, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court, that the annual
"~' salaries for officials hereinafter designated, be set as follows, effective January 1, 1973,
payable from funds as ordered:
County Clerk $7,920.00 Officers Salary Fund
