N0. 11767 TRANSFER OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TU OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 8th day of January 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer
be authorized to transfer the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers
Salary Fund.

N0. 11768 TRANSFER OF $20,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 8th day of January 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from the General Fund to the General Road and
Bridge Fund.

N0. 11769 APPORTIONMENT OF $10,000.00 FROM THE GENERAL ROAD & BRIDGE FUND
On this the 8th day of January 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $10,000.00 £rom the General
Road & Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

HIGHWAY 16
On this the 30th day of January, 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land from John Dave Lours and wife, Judith A.
Lours, required for right-of-way for the reconstruction of a portion of State Highway 16,
and it appearing to the Court that the landowners concerned have expressed a willingness
to accept a prior letter offer made on behalf of Kerr County; it is ordered on motion by
Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the
