LOURS FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 30th day of January, 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a parcel of land from John Dave Lours and wife, Judith A. Lours, required for right-of-way for the reconstruction of a portion of State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that the landowners concerned have expressed a willingness to accept a prior letter offer made on behalf of Kerr County; it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay to John Dave Cours and wife, Judith A. Cours the sum of $760.00 as compensation and consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.329 acres of land out of Survey 147, Nathaniel Hoyt, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed Right-of-Way Deed, together with a partial release of an out- standing Vendor's Lien by the First National Bank of Kerrville, as to the land conveyed, which approval shall be conditioned upon final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property conveyed, as well as the execution of the partial release of Vendor's Lien as aforesaid, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $760.00, payable to John Dave Cours, Judith A. C.
