Minter to its east line and the West boundary of the Lions Camp property, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and un- animously approved by the Court that Kerr County hereby accepts the proposal of the Southern Pacific Transportation Company, successors in title to the San Antonio and Aransas Pass Railway Company to convey by Special Warranty Deed its existing ownership in the 3.6 acres of land out of Survey 110, T. M. Minter as aforesaid for a cash consideration of $3,600.00, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the amount of $3,600.00 on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund, payable to the Southern Pacific Transportation Company which voucher is to be delivered upon receipt of the seller's properly executed special warranty deed. ^ o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11784 ORDER AUTHORIZING CUUNTY JUDGE TO EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEED AS TO PORTION OF SURVEY N0. 127, LUCRETIA CLAWSON IN EXCHANGE FOR QUITCLAIM DEED TO RELOCATED ROADWAY On this the 12th day of February, 1973 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of accepting a quitclaim deed from Dan H. Johnson as to a portion of a County roadway traversing a portion of Survey No. 127, Lucretia Clawson and in exchange therefor granting a quitclaim deed to an abandoned portion of said County road, and it appearing to the Court that a portion of said original County roadway as conveyed to Kerr County by M. D. O'Quinn by deed recorded in Vol. 113, Page 68, Kerr County Deed Records has been abandoned and relocated by the necessity of the approval of a subdivision Plat of the Greenwood Forest Subdivision, which in turn required the relocation of a portion of said original County roadway which has been designated as Skyline Drive on the said Plat, it is ordered on motion by animously approved by the Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and un- Court that Kerr County accept the Quitclaim Deed of Dan H. ^ Johnson, dated January 19, 1973 as to a portion of the relocated roadway designated as Skyline Drive, comprising 0.85 acres of land out of Survey 127, Lucretia Clawson and that in exchange therefor, Kerr County, acting by and through its County Judge, execute and deliver its quitclaim deed as to the abandoned p ortion of said original County roadway comprising 0.89 acres out of original Survey No. 127, Lucretia Clawson and it is further ordered that the County Judge be and is hereby authorized to execute Kerr County's Quit- claim Deed as aforesaid and that both of the Quitclaim Deeds concerned be filed for recorda- tion in the Deed Records of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o NO. 11785 OFF~:R TO JOHN J.
