Johnson as to a portion of a County roadway traversing a portion of Survey No. 127, Lucretia Clawson and in exchange therefor granting a quitclaim deed to an abandoned portion of said County road, and it appearing to the Court that a portion of said original County roadway as conveyed to Kerr County by M. D. O'Quinn by deed recorded in Vol. 113, Page 68, Kerr County Deed Records has been abandoned and relocated by the necessity of the approval of a subdivision Plat of the Greenwood Forest Subdivision, which in turn required the relocation of a portion of said original County roadway which has been designated as Skyline Drive on the said Plat, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and un- animously approved by the Court that Kerr County accept the Quitclaim Deed of Dan H.
