Cours, and Anna Barbara Cours, which voucher shall be deliver- ed to them upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their Right-of-Way Deed as aforesaid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11786 OFFER TO LLOYD COLBATH AND WIFE, IRENE CULBATH FOR RIGHT-UF-WAY FUR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 12th day of February, 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of acquiring a Parcel of land from Lloyd Colbath and wife, Irene Colbath, required for Right-of-Way for the reconstruction of a portion of State Highway 16, and it appearing to she Court that the landowners concerned have expressed a willingness to accept a prior letter offer made on behalf of Kerr County, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County offers to pay Lloyd Colbath and wife, Irene Colbath, the sum of $990.00 as compensation for land and damages for their conveyance to the State of Texas of a parcel of land comprising 0.092 acres out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, with payment being made upon approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their properly executed Right-of-Way Deed, together with a partial release of an outstanding Vendor's Lien by the Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc., as to the land con- veyed, which approval shall be conditioned upon final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including current taxes heretofore assessed against the property convey- ed, as well as the execution of the partial release of Vendor's Lien as aforesaid, and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund in the amount of $990.00 payable to Lloyd Colbath, Irene Colbath, and Hill Country Federal Savings and Loan Association, Inc., which voucher shall be delivered to them upon final approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department of their Right-of-Way Deed and Partial Release of Vendor's Lien as aforesaid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11787 APPROVAL OF PLAT OF CASTLE LAKE RANCH, SECTION 9 On this the 12th day of February 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Castle Lake Ranch, Section 9, provided in so doing, Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road easements dedicated for public use and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsi- bility for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated.
