seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Spanish Oak
Estates, provided in so doing Kerr County does not accept as County Roadways the road ease-
ments dedicated for public use, and further, that Kerr County does not assume responsibility
for repair, maintenance, construction or reconstruction of roadways so dedicated. It is
further ordered that the action of the Commissioners' Court, relative to the roadways shown
on the plat, be shown on the face of the plat, before it will be accepted for filing in
the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas.

N0. 11789 ORDER CONFIRMING RETIREMENT OF COUNTY JUDGE'S SECRETARY AND EMPLOYMENT OF
REPLACEMENT
On motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved
by the Court it is ordered that the retirement of Mrs. Agnes MacDonald as Secretary to the
County Judge, effective February 28, 1973 be confirmed with extreme regret and that she be
granted leave with pay effective February 15, 1973 and it is further ordered that the
employment of Mrs. Billie G. Meeker as Secretary to the County Judge as of February 15,
1973 be confirmed and that her salary from County sources be fixed at $3385.00 per annum,
effective that date.

N0. 11790 APPROVAL OF EXTENSION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF HERSCHAL POWELL
On this the 12th day of February 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the monthly allowance of Herschal
Powell in the amount of $40.00 per month, be extended for a period of six months, retro-
active as of January 1, 1973, payable out of the General Fund.

N0. 11791 TRANSFER OF $5,000.00 FROM GENERAL FUND TO OFFICERS SALARY FUND
On this the 12th day of February 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer
be authorized to transfer the sum of $5,000.00 from the General Fund to the Officers Salary

N0. 11792 APPORTIONMENT OF $10,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 12th day of February 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and
County Treasurer be, and are hereby directed to apportion the sum of $10,000.00 from the
General Road & Bridge Fund to the respective Commissioners' Precincts:
