McDonald, County Treasur- er of said County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of November 1972 and ending on the 31st day of January 1973 and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and found correct. LOURS FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16 On this the 23rd day of February, 1973 came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of the method of payment proposed to be made to John Dave Lours and wife, Judith A. Coors for Right-of-Way for State Highway 16 as set forth in Order No. 11772 entered on the 30th day of January 1973, and it appearing to the Court that the First ~~ ~ National Bank of Kerrville has by letter waived all claims as to the compensation proposed to be paid pursuant to the terms of said Order No. 11772 and has further agreed to execute the required Partial Release of Vendor's Lien as to the 0.328 acres of land concerned, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and un- animously approved by the Court that the said Order No. 11772 be amended so as to provide that the voucher in the amount of $760.00 provided for therein, when issued, be made payable to John Dave Cours and Judith A. Cours only. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11800 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF KERR COUNTY'S PORTION OF SALARY OF SECRETARY FOR DISTRICT Ai~TORNEY OF SECOND THIRTY EIGHTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT On this the 23rd day of February 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of compliance with the request of the District Attorney of the Second 38th Judicial District that the five Counties comprising the said district pay the salary of his secretary pursuant to the provisions of Article 326K-19, V.A.C.S. and it appearing to the Court that the Counties of Gillespie, Kimble, Kendall and Bandera have heretofore complied with the request of the said District Attorney to pay their pro-rata share of the total requested salary of $4,800.00 per annum and it further appearing to the Court that pursuant to the provisions of Article 326K-19 a majority of the Counties comprising the said Judicial District have authorized the payment of a total salary in the amount of $4,800.00 per annum, and therefore the salary of the said secretary has become fixed as a matter of law, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County pay as its pro-rata share of the salary of the secretary for the District Attorney of the Second Thirty Eighth Judicial District the sum of $2,046.72 per annum, effective February 1, 1973 and it is further ordered that the Clerk and the ~1'reasurer be authorized to draw monthly vouchers on the General Fund of Kerr County to effect such payments to such secretary as the said District Attorney may employ. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o COURT ADJOURNED FEBRUARY 23, 1973 at 9:30 o'clock A.
