N0. 11800 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF KERR COUNTY'S PORTION OF SALARY OF SECRETARY FOR
DISTRICT ATTORNEY OF SECOND THIRTY EIGHTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 23rd day of February 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the
Court the matter of compliance with the request of the District Attorney of the Second
38th Judicial District that the five Counties comprising the said district pay the salary
of his secretary pursuant to the provisions of Article 326K-19, V.A.C.S. and it appearing
to the Court that the Counties of Gillespie, Kimble, Kendall and Bandera have heretofore
complied with the request of the said District Attorney to pay their pro-rata share of the
total requested salary of $4,800.00 per annum and it further appearing to the Court that
pursuant to the provisions of Article 326K-19 a majority of the Counties comprising the
said Judicial District have authorized the payment of a total salary in the amount of
$4,800.00 per annum, and therefore the salary of the said secretary has become fixed as a ~-

matter of law, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner ~~"
Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County pay as its pro-rata share of the
salary of the secretary for the District Attorney of the Second Thirty Eighth Judicial
District the sum of $2,046.72 per annum, effective February 1, 1973 and it is further
ordered that the Clerk and the ~Preasurer be authorized to draw monthly vouchers on the
General Fund of Kerr County to effect such payments to such secretary as the said District
Attorney may employ.
