COURT CONVENED IN SPECIAL SESSION MARCH 5, 1973 at 9:45 o'clock A. M., with
the following officers present:
W. C.	Schwethelm,	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	1
Adolph	Bartel	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	3
Roger	Stone	Commissioner	Precinct	No.	4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
N0. 11802 ORDER CANCELLING TREASURY VOUCHER N0. 34419 AND AUTHORIZATION FOR ISSUANCE
OF REPLACEMENT
On this the 5th day of March 1973, upon motion of Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that Treasury Voucher No. 34419,
issued to Adolph Bartel, Comm. #3, in the amount of $608.33, dated February 26, 1973, out
of the Road & Bridge Fund be cancelled and that the Clerk and Treasurer be authorized to
issue a replacement voucher in the above amount, payable out of the Road & Bridge Fund,
made payable to Adolph Bartel, Comm. #3.
