BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kerr County also agrees to furnish necessary office space
for the probation officer who will maintain an office in Kerr County pursuant to the
provisions of said grant application.
On motion by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously
approved by the Court, the foregoing resolution is adopted and approved this the 12th day
of March, 1973.

FUND AND SPECIAL RIGHT-OF-WAY FUND
On this the 12th day of March 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of investing certain funds currently on deposit in the following funds and in
the amounts listed:
Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund $20,000.00
Special Right-of-Way Fund $11,500.00
and that these funds should be promptly invested for a period of 90 days, pending possible
need of these funds for expenditure, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the sum of $20,000.00
out of Highway 16 Right-of-Way Fund and $11,500.00 out of Special Right-of-Way Fund be
invested in Interest Bearing Certificates of Deposits with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which
investments shall be made as soon as practicable and that such Certificates of Deposits l~,
shall be for a period of 90 days from date of investment. ~'/

proper vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth, to effect

ing the Bruno Albrecht and Mary Swayze properties and in addition Kerr County accepts for
maintenance as a public road the aforesaid roadway designated as Point Drive commencing at

County Sheriff's Department, the bid of which has been this date accepted by Kerr County,
pursuant to Order No. 11803, the total cost of the substitute unit delivery to be in the
amount of $4063.93, including tinted windshield.
