seconded by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer
be authorized to apportion the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge Fund to
the respective Commissioners' Precincts:

On this the 12th day of March 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm,
seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer
be authorized to transfer the sum of $500.00 from the General Fund to the County Law
Library Fund.

N0. 11817 ORDER ACCEPTING PROPOSAL OF REITER'S TO SUBS'1'ITUTE A PLYMOUTH FURY III AUTO
FOR PLYMOUTH FURY I AUTO FOR THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 12th day of March 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County accept the proposal
of Reiter's to substitute a Plymouth Fury III Auto for a Plymouth Fury I Auto, for the Kerr
County Sheriff's Department, the bid of which has been this date accepted by Kerr County,
pursuant to Order No. 11803, the total cost of the substitute unit delivery to be in the
amount of $4063.93, including tinted windshield.
