JUSTICE COUNCIL
On this the 30th day of March 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved the acceptance of Grant No. EA2-L2-
1605 in the amount of $11,250.00 from the Criminal Justice Council for proposed City-County
Jail Facility.

N0. 11826 OFFER TU DIANNE HOLLER LAMBERT, PATRICIA HOLLER SMITH AND WEEMS T. HOLLER FOR
RIGH`P OF WAY FOR STATE HIGHWAY 16
On this the 30th day of March, 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of acquisition of a parcel of land from Dianne Moller Lambert, Patricia Moller
Smith and Weems T. Moller required for right of way for the reconstruction of a portion of
State Highway 16, and it appearing to the Court that the land owners concurred, acting by
and through their lawfully constituted attorney in fact, B. Weems Moller, have expressed a
willingness to accept a prior letter offer made on behalf of Kerr County, it is ordered on
^ motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, and unanimously approved by
the Court, that Kerr County hereby agrees to pay the aforesaid landowners the sum of
$2,200.00 as compensation and consideration for their conveyance to the State of Texas of
a parcel of land comprising 0.354 acres of land out of Survey 146, W. C. Francis, with
payment being made on approval for filing and recordation by the Texas Highway Department
of their properly executed right of way deed, together with a partial release of an out-
standing Vendor's Lien by Adell W. Johnson as to the land conveyed, which approval shall be
conditioned upon final title approval and payment of all ad valorem taxes, including
current taxes, heretofore assessed against the property conveyed as well as the executiion
of the partial release of Vendor's Lien as aforesaid, and it is further ordered that the
Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the Highway 16 Right of Way Fund
in the amount of $2,200.00, payable to B. Weems Moller, attorney in fact for Dianne Moller
Lambert, Patricia Moller Smith and Weems T. Moller and to Adell W. Johnson, which voucher
shall be
^ i-	delivered	to	them	upon final	approval	for	filing	and recordation by	the Texas
~X/ Highway	Department	of	their	right of	way deed	and	partial	release of vendor's	lien as
aforesaid.
