Muenker, County Clerk, belonging to officers, witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled thereto, for the period ending the 31st day of March 1973 and held on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $5,469.61. Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of62816.80. SCHREINER BANK AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY On this the 9th day of April 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the matter of designating the official Depository of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that the Depository Pledge Contracts submitted by the Chas. Schreiner Bank covering deposits of County Funds, County and District Court Trust Funds and County School Funds which have heretofore been approved by the Court pursuant to Order No. 11806, entered on the 12th day of March 1973, have now been duly approved by the State Comptroller and by the Texas Education Agency, it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee and unanimously approved by the Court that the Chas. Schreiner Bank be and is hereby designated as the official Depository of Kerr County fora two year period, for the purpose of being the depository for County Funds, County and district Court Trust Funds and County School Funds, and it is further ordered that the County Clerk of Kerr "' County record such depository pledge contracts as required by law, and that the Clerk deliver all extra copies of said contracts, together with a copy of the order to the said Chas. Schreiner Bank. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11831 EXTENSION OF MONTHLY ALLOWANCE OF NANNIE SHERMAN On this the 9th day of April 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the monthly allowance of Nannie Sherman be extended for an additional six months, in the amount of $40.00 per month, effective May 1, 1973. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11832 ORDER AUTHORIZING COUNTY ATTORNEY TO INTERVENE IN DELINQUENT TAX SUIT PENDING IN SECOND 38TH JIIDICIAL DISTRICT COURT On this the 9th day of April 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the necessity of authorizing and directing County Attorney Thomas W. Pollard to act on "~ behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas in the matter of intervening and filing one claim in the Second 38th Judicial District Court of Kerr County, pursuant to Article 7345b, Texas Civil Statutes, the said Cause being delinquent tax suit, listed as follows: No. 6597 _______ Assessed Against Henry Griffin It appearing to the Court that the Kerr County Tax Collector has been heretofore served with Citation in said causes on behalf of Kerr County and the State of Texas and that intervention and filing of a claim in this cause is required to preserve the claims of Kerr County and the State of Texas arising from delinquent taxes due them and constitut- ing a lien on the property which is subject to the said delinquent tax suit, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner Bartel and unanimously approved by the Court that the County Attorney, Thomas W. Pollard, be authorized and directed to proceed to file an intervention in the said cause as above set forth and otherwise proceed according to law in this matter. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 11833 CONTRIBUTION FOR THE YEAR 1973 TOWARDS COST OF DOGS IMPOUNDED AT THE CITY DOG POUND On this the 9th day of April 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that a contribution be made in the amount of $100.00 for the year 1973, towards cost of dogs impounded at the City Dom Pound
