On this the gth day of April 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, second-
ed by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Doris
Isenberg as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector, be ratified and confirmed, effective April 13,
1973.

N0. 11835 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF AIB1E FRANK REAL TO USE AGRICULTURE EXHIBIi'ION BUILDING
MAY 10, 11 and 12, 1973 FOR ANNUAL LAMB SALE
On this the 9th day of April 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded by
Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that Aime Frank Real be granted use of
the Agriculture Exhibition Building on May 10, 11 and 12, 1973 for annual lamb sale, at a
cost of $25.00 per day, plus clean-up.

N0. 11836 APPORTIONMENT OF $20,000.00 FROM GENERAL ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
On this the 9th day of April 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Sallee, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer be
authorized to apportion the sum of $20,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge Fund to the
respective Commissioners' Precincts:

N0. 11837 SCHOOL TRUSTEE ELECTION RETURNS CANVASSED AND TABULATED
On this the 9th day of April 1973, came on to be considered by the Court the returns
to be canvassed, to determine the results of the School Trustee Election held on April 7,
1973, which included:
Hunt Independent School District Trustee
County Trustee, Comm. Pre c. #4
County Trustee at Large
Divide Common School District #12 Trustee
County School 'T'rustee, Comm. Pre c. #2
Wherefore, the Court having canvassed and tabulated the returns of the above mentioned
Districts, is of the opinion that said returns, after having been canvassed and tabulated
in Volume 6, Page 15, Record of Election Returns, and as certified by each member of the
Commissioners' Court, and upon motion made by Commissioner Sallee, seconded by Commissioner
Bartel, the Court unanimously approved said returns.
