by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of West Lane Extension.

N0. 11843 URDER APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH TIERRA LINDA RANCH CORPORATTON FOR SITE
FUR OMNIRANGE STATION FOR CITY-COUNTY AIRPORT
On this the 24th day of April 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the proposed Lease Agreement wherein Tierra Linda Ranch Corporation as lessor has offered
to grant a lease to the City of Kerrville and Kerr County of a 100 foot by 100 foot site
out of Survey No. 147, Nathaniel Hoyt as a site location for an Omnirange Station for the
City-County Airport and it appearing to the Court that the said lease will provide the
necessary site for the operation of this air navigational facility for which the City of
Kerrville and Kerr County have heretofore committed funds and it further appearing to the
Court that the lessor and the City of Kerrville have heretofore signed the proposed lease
agreement, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, seconded by Commissioner
Schwethelm and unanimously approved by the Court that Kerr County joins with the City of
Kerrville in the approval and acceptance of the aforesaid lease agreement and that the
County Judge of Kerr County be and is hereby authorized to execute the same on behalf of
Kerr County and it is further ordered that the executed copy of said lease be recorded in
the Deed Records of Kerr County.

Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved the Plat of Dedicated Streets in
Kerrville South, East of Highway No. 16.
