Bridge No, 4 Fund, $30,000.00 out of F. M. & Lateral Road Fund, $75,000.00 out of General
Road and Bridge Fund and $10,000.00 out of Jury Fund be invested in Interest Bearing Certi-
ficates of Deposits with the Chas. Schreiner Bank, which investments shall be made as soon
as practicable and that such Certificates of Deposits shall. be for a period of y0 days from
date of investment.
And it is further ordered that the Clerk and the Treasurer be authorized to draw
proper vouchers on the funds aforementioned and in the amounts above set forth to effect
the aforesaid investments with the Chas. Schreiner Bank.

On this the 14th day of May 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Bartel, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved that the Clerk and Treasurer
be authorized to transfer the sum of $20,000.00 from General Road and Bridge Fund to General
Fund for reimbursement of transfer made January 8, 1973.

authorized to apportion the sum of $10,000.00 from the General Road and Bridge Fund to the
respective Commissioners' precincts:

N0. 11855 ORDER ADJUSTING SALARIES OF DEPUTIES AND CERTAIN OTHER ETwLPLOYEES OF KERR COUNTY
On tris the 14th day of May, 1973, came on to be heard and considered by the Court
the matter of adjusting the salaries of deputies and certain other employees employed by
the various officials of Kerr County, and it appearing to the Court that an adjustment to
compensate for cost of living increases should be considered in order that the various
employees concerned might be compensated in a manner commensurate with that being offered
by private employees of the community, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Stone, second-
ed by Commissioner Schwethelm, and unanimously approved by the Court that effective June 1,
1973, the salaries of the following deputies and employees of Kerr County shall be paid as
follcws on a per annum basis, and be paid respectively from the same funds as presently:
