deputies or employees who are compensated on an hourly basis, are authorized to adjust
such hourly wage rates to reflect an equivalent upward adjustment of X360.00 per annum
for a full time employee, effective June 1, 1973.

On this the 14th day of May 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Bartel, the Court unanimously approved that Joe Grady Tuck, District
Attorney of the 2nd 38th Judicial District be granted a rent allowance in the amount of
$1500.00 per annum, effective Ntay 15, 1973, payable out of the General Fund and in such
manner as the District Attorney may direct.
