and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
NO 11857 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY TREASURER
On this the 15th day of May 1973, in Regular Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Mrs. E. M. McDonald, County Treasurer of said
County, for the period beginning on the 1st day of February 1973 and ending on the 30th
day of April 1973, and the same having been examined and compared by the Court and found
correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received
for account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and
become a part thereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds,
since the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found
correct as therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that the said detailed report be, and the same
is hereby approved, and the Clerk of this Court is hereby ordered to file same in the
record binder provided for the Minutes of County Finances, and that proper credits be made .-.
in the accounts of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.
Motion made by Commissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone and unanimously
approved by the Court.

NO. 11858 APPROVAL OF QUARTERLY REPORT OF COUNTY FINANCES AND TABULAR STA~1'EPIEN`' OF COUNTY
CLERK OF INDEBTEDNESS, EXPENDITURES AND RECEIPTS OF KERR COUNTY
un this the 15th day of Play 1973, came on to be examined by the Court the Quarterly
Report and Tabular Statement of Emmie M. Muenker, County Clerk, covering the indebtedness,
expenditures and receipts of Kerr County for the quarter beginning February 1, 1973 and
ending April 30, 1973, and the same having been compared and examined by the Court and
found correct.
Upor_ motion made by Corarriissioner Schwethelm, seconded by Commissioner Stone, the Court
unanimously approved said report and ordered said report to be filed for future reference
and subject to audit.

AUTHORIZING PAYP~NT OF SAME
On this the 18th day of May 1973, upon motion made by Commissioner Stone, seconded
by Commissioner Schwethelm, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of delivery of one
1973 Plymouth Fury III Four Door Sedan from Reiter's in the amount of ~y4063.93 and the
Clerk and Treasurer are hereby authorized to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust
Fund in the above amount, to bP charged against funds received for the year 1972, said
sedan is to be used by Kerr County Sheriff's Department.
